Ingredients
1 bag Frozen brocolli & colliflour
4 cups Chicken stock
2 bags Shredded sharp cheddar
4 tablespoons Butter
1/4 cup Flour
1 tablespoon Mustard powder
1 teaspoon Cyan powder
1/2 tablespoon Ground pepper
Preparation
Bring stock to simmer until reduced by 1/3 about.
While stock is reducing melt butter in soup pan, add flour, cook until medium ruuu
Cook brocolli / colliflour as desired
Add mustard powder, cyan to ruuu, stir until mixed
Add stock to ruu mixture, stir well and bring to boil for a couple minutes
Add brocolli / colliflour and boat motor until desired consistancy
Add both bags of cheese, stir until just melted, reduce heat
Check seasoning, adjust as you like
