Ingredients
1 stick Valveeta Large
3 sticks Cream Cheese
2 sticks Ground Sausage (Mild)
2 cans Rotel
1 batch Green Onion Scallions
Preparation
Put Valveeta and Cream Cheese in crock pot on low until smooth
Brown sausage (Chunky) and drain well
Add cooked sausage to crock pot
Drain 2 cans of Rotel and add to crock pot
Let cook together on low until thickened stirring occasionally
Cut Scallions in bowl for side
Serve with Chip or Cracker of choice for example Tortilla Scoops
