Ingredients
1 Turkey Neck Bone
2 cups Turkey Broth
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Family Sized)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Family Sized)
4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
Preparation
Boil Neck Bone until well done
Remove Neck Bone from water and save 2 cups of broth made from neck bone and put in separate pot
Pull as much meat of Neck Bone as possible and add to broth
Add both soups to broth
Add chopped eggs to broth
Mix all together and simmer on low until thick
