Ingredients
1 Turkey Neck Bone
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Family Sized)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Family Sized)
4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
Preparation
Boil Turkey Neck Bone until well done
Remove Neck Bone from water and remove 2 cups of broth made from boiling and put in separate pan. Discard rest of broth
Pull off as much meat as possible from Neck Bone and put into 2 cups of broth
Add both soups to broth
Add chopped hard boiled egg
Mix all together and simmer on low until thick and serve
