Ingredients

1/2 cup butter

2 pkgs. cream cheese

2 cups powdered sugar

Pinch of salt

Preparation

Cook butter on med. heat 8-10 min. or until brown and very fragrant, swirling frequently. Refrigerate until starting to set, about 30 min.

In med. bowl with mixer on med. speed, beat brown butter, cream cheese, powdered sugars and salt until smooth.

Add food coloring as desired.
