Ingredients

1 pound Bacon

1, 14 oz package Smoked Cocktail Sausages

1 cup Brown Sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Cut bacon slices crosswise into thirds, and wrap each third around a sausage. Skewer wrapped sausages individually on toothpicks, or put several on a long skewer, leaving room between sausages. Arrange on baking sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar - pressing sugar onto sausages.

Bake, turning sausages over after 30 minutes, until bacon looks crisp and sugar is melted, about 1 hour. Transfer sausages to a platter (Bacon and sugar will continue to crisp as sausages cook slightly).
