Ingredients

1/4 pound Christmas ham, chopped

1 pound Hamburger

3 pintos beans, cans drained

1 beer

1/2 onion chopped

3 garlic, chopped

2 tablespoon Ancho chili mix

2 tablespoon Harissa sauce (Trader Joe’s)

1 1/2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Saute hamburger with onions 4 minutes, add garlic and ham. Add Harissa sauce, beer and Ancho chili mix.

Add beans and cook for one hour covered and serve with corn bread.
