Ingredients

1 pound Brussels sprouts

5 tablespoons Olive oil

5 cloves Garlic cloves

2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

1 dash Salt and pepper

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400

Cut off bottoms of sprouts, cut in half top to bottom

Heat oil in cast iron pan

add garlic salt and pepper

Cook sprouts on stove top until they start to brown. Face down

Move to oven. Cook 10-20 minutes shaking every 5.
