Ingredients

1 packet RawSpiceBar’s Lemongrass Cambodian Curry

1/2 (or as desired) packet RawSpiceBar’s Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

1 pound ground pork (or beef)

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup shallots, minced

2 piece ginger, minced

¼ cup chilled rice, cooked

3 pieces roma tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup peanut or vegetable oil

1 teaspoon Salt & pepper, to taste

1 stalk Cilantro, onions (optional)

Preparation

Combine RawSpiceBar’s Lemongrass Cambodian Curry, garlic, shallots, ginger, salt & pepper in a mortar or food processor and create a coarse paste. Add rice and tomatoes and pulse again.

In a large bowl, combine paste and ground meat. Shape into balls about 1 inch wide, then flatten gently into a thick patty. Set aside.

Place a large skillet over high heat. Add oil, then lower heat to medium-high and add sliders. Cook for 3 minutes, then turn. Remove the sliders from the pan when sliders are cooked through, as desired, and finish cooking remaining batch. Sprinkle with RawSpiceBar’s Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and serve with cilantro, onions and bread or rice of choice!
