Ingredients

Crust:

Cups flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 cup unsalted butter

Filling:

3 large eggs

2 1/4 c. dark brown sugar

3/4 c unsalted butter melted

1 tbsp. white or cider vinegar

1 1-2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. raisins

1/2 c chopped pecans toasted

Preparation

Lightly grease & line 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper. Place on baking tray . Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingred. in food processor and pulse about 30 sec. into fine meal. Press into baking pan & pat down. Bake for 20-25 min until edges are browned. Remove from oven & cool until cool to touch.. Press crust edges back to sides of oan to fill any gaps. Whisk eggs, sugar, butter, vinegar & vanilla in bowl until smooth. Stir in raisins & pecans. Pour over crust & spread evenly. Bake until evenly browned & filling is set about 30-35 min. Cool completely. Store in airtight container up to 5 days. Can be frozen as well.
