Ingredients
2 sticks Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter
3-4 cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tbsn. Pure Vanilla Extract
4 tbsn. Heavy Whipping Cream
Preparation
Beat butter on medium speed until fluffy. Add 3 cups powdered sugar and turn mixer on lowest speed. Increase mixer speed to medium and add vanilla, salt and 2 tablespoons of the heavy whipping cream.
*If the frosting is too thin, add remaining sugar. *If the frosting is too thick, add remaining heavy whipping cream 1 tablespoon at a time.
