Vegetable oil for baking sheet

8 slices white bread

1 cup buttermilk

1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Salt and pepper

3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon dried thyme

4 pounds chicken parts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400. Rub baking sheet with oil Pulse bread into coarse crumbs In large bowl mix bread crumbs, parmesan, thyme and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. In second bowl mix buttermilk, hot pepper sauce, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper Dip and coat chicken piece by piece with buttermilk mixture then turn into breadcrumb mixture and place onto sheet. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes.
