Ingredients

1 butternut squash, peeled & diced

1 lb sweet Italian turkey sausage, browned & crumbled

Several handfuls cheese tortellini, cooked

2 slices Havarti cheese, torn into small pieces

1 cup bechamel

Salt

Pepper

Minced garlic

Dried sage

Preparation

In a greased 2 qt casserole dish, roast squash at 350 until soft, about 45 min, stirring occasionally.

Season bechamel with salt, pepper, garlic, and sage to taste. Combine bechamel, sausage, cheese, and tortellini with squash and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
