Ingredients

1 cup shredded carrots

3 cups shredded cabbage

1 Granny Smith apple

4 green onions

1/2 cup vinegar

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Combine cabbage, carrots and apple in a bowl & toss

Combine the rest of the ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to simmer.

Poor dressing over slaw, cover and refrigerate abut an hour.
