Ingredients

1/2 large head chopped head Cabbage

1 tablespoons Creme Fraiche

3 strips Bacon

1 tablespoon Cumin (seed crushed preferable or ground)

1 head Onion, Chopped

Preparation

Sauté bacon with a splash of olive oil in a heavy skillet until it begins to crisp. Add the chopped onion with a pinch of sea salt and sauté for a few more minutes, until the onion becomes translucent. Add the chopped green cabbage and cumin. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes or until the cabbage has wilted completely. Add the crème fraîche, and continue to cook for another 5 minutes, adjusting salt if necessary. Serve hot and can serve over cauliflower crust.
