Ingredients
12 cabbage leaves
1 c. cooked white rice
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. minced onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. black pepper
8 o. tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
Boil cabbage leaves 2 mins. In a large bowl, combine rice, egg, milk, onion, beef, and pepper. Roll 1/4 cup of beef mixture into each cabbage leaf. Place in slow cooker. In small bowl, combine tomato sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup. Pour over leaves. Cook on low 8 hours.
