Ingredients
4 cups shredded cabbage
One 28-oz can diced tomatoes
1 onion - minced
2 Tbsp white vinegar
2 cloves garlic - minced
1 Tbsp salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
3 quarts water
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a large pot and simmer until cabbage is well cooked - approximately 45 minute - 1 hour.
