Ingredients

2 egg yolk

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

3 cloves garlic

4 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 lemon juiced

3/4 cup olive oil

1 salt to taste

1 pepper to taste

1/4 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Whisk the yolks and dijon until you get an emulsion

Add in garlic as you grate it with a fine grater

Whisk while slowly adding olive oil

Mix in lemon juice, Worcestershire, salt and pepper

Mix in Parmesan cheese
