Ingredients

2 cups cubed bread

3/4 cups olive oil

1 tsp crushed garlic

2 heads romaine lettuce

2 eggs soft boiled 1 minute

1/2 tsp salt

3 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation

Mix 1/4 cup oil, bread cubes, and garlic in a bowl. Place in 350 oven for 10 min to make croutons.

Wash and tear lettuce into bite sized pieces. Add remaining 1/2 cup oil, salt, and pepper and toss.

Place eggs in boiling water for 1 minute. Cool immediately and add to salad. Toss throughly.

Add lemon juice and toss until creamy.

Add parmesan and croutons. Toss lightly and serve.
