Ingredients

Pork Roast or 4-5 chicken breasts

1 can enchilada sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 small can diced green chiles

1 can coke (caffeine free)

1 cup brown sugar

salt to taste

Preparation

Place roast in crock pot for 6-8 hours on low. Shred roast. Add the rest of the ingredients. Raise temperature to high for 1 hour.
