1.5 cups Syrup
1.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 ounce Brandy
1.5 sticks Margarine
3.3 tablespoons Vanilla
3.3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1.5 teaspoons Nutmeg
2.5 teaspoons Salt
7.5 pounds Sweet Potatoes
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except sweet potatoes and blend with stick blender until smooth.
Peel and cube sweet potatoes (1/2")
