Ingredients

3 Bell Peppers (green, red, yellow)

1 Sweet Onion

6 Pinapple Chunks

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 teaspoon Brown Sugar

1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

2 tablespoons Citrus Juice (such as pinapple, lemon, orange or lime)

5 Fresh Basil (4-5 leaves)

Preparation

Cut bell peppers, pinapple, and onions into similar size pieces. Thread onto skewers, then put inside a large ziplock or baking dish.

Combine the rest of ingredients in a bowl.

Dump marinade over kabobs and massage or baste every so often. Let marinade for at least 2-5 hours or overnight.

Grill kabobs using the marinade as a baste for the first half of cooking time. Discard the rest.
