Ingredients

2T olive oil

2 large onions sliced

1/4 cayenne pepper

1 14 oz can white beans

1/4 cup sour cream

3T olive oil

1tsp cider vinegar and Worcester sauce

Preparation

in skillet heat olive oil and add yellow onions. Sprinkle with salt and pepper Cook 40 minutes till browned. If onions start to burn, add a bit of water Put onions and beans in food processor with sour cream, cider vinegar and Worchester sauce. Puree till smooth Top with remaining onions
