Ingredients
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups Wesson Butter Flavored vegetable oil
4 eggs
3 strained baby food carrots (small jars)
1 cup crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation
Blend sugar, oil, eggs, and flour.
Add remaining ingredients and mix.
Bake in 2 or 3 round cake pans @ 350 for 20-30 mins.
When cool frost with cream cheese frosting: 8oz cream cheese, 1 lb. box of powered sugar, 2 tbs. butter, 1 tsp. vanilla.
