Ingredients

4 cups Vegitable Stock

6 stalks Leeks

6 stalks Large Carrots

4 tablespoons Butter

6 tablespoons Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate

2 cans Carnation Milk - low fat

1 dash Curry Powder

Preparation

Cut carrots and leeks into coin size pieces.

Saute for 10 minutes in butter until soft.

Cover with stock and juice (just enough to cover).

Simmer for 20 minutes.

ADd curry powder to taste.

BLend mixture and add Carnation Milk.
