Ingredients

2 qt. cooked chicken, cubed

1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained

2 pounds seedless red grapes, halved

2 to 3 cups chopped celery

2 1/2 cups sliced almonds

1 T curry powder

2 T soy sauce

2 T lemon juice

Preparation

Combine chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and 1 1/2 cups almonds. Mix remaining ingredients; add to chicken. Toss well. Chill several hours. Sever on lettuce bed; top with remaining almonds
