Ingredients

Head of cauliflower

1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup water

Dash of Frank’s Red Hot

1/4 tsp garlic salt

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot

3 tbl butter, melted

Pinch of salt

Ranch dressing

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Line a baking sheet with foil; spry with nonstick cooking spray.

  3. Wash the cauliflower & cut into bite sized pieces.

  4. In a medium bowl, blend the flour, water, hot sauce, garlic salt & dried onion.

  5. Evenly coat each piece of cauliflower in the batter. Place coated cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes, just until the batter hardens.

  7. Meanwhile, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter & salt.

  8. When the cauliflower has finished baking, remove it from the oven & evenly coat each piece with the butter sauce.

  9. Bake an additional 5-7 minutes, until the sauce has somewhat dried & the cauliflower is crispy.

  10. Serve with ranch dressing. If doing as an appetizer, allow cauliflower to cool before serving.
