1 Lg head cauliflower
3 T Butter
2 T Half and Half
1/4 t lemon zest
salt and pepper (to taste)
Chopped chives (garnish)
Preparation
Cut cauliflower into florets and steam in a steamer basket over simmering water for 20 min Transfer to food processor and puree with butter, half- and - half, and lemon zest season with salt and peper Garnish with chives
