Ingredients

Shredded the cauliflower,

added egg,

mozzarella,

basil,

oregano and garlic

squash,

zucchini

tomatoes

spinach,

Preparation

Shredded the cauliflower, cooked it in microwave for 8 min., added egg, mozzarella, basil, oregano and garlic, mixed it all and spread on baking stone. Cooked on 400 for 25 min. Then added other toppings and broiled for 5 min. Not bad but now I want a blizzard or something. Lol I made two. The second one I added ricotta.
