Ingredients

cut into 1/2 inch thick cauliflower

1 cup chicken broth

1 teaspoon salt

3 tablespoon butter, unsalted

1 teaspoon thyme, fresh, chopped

1 pepper to taste

Preparation

In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil. Add the cauliflower and bring back to a boil. cover and reduce the eat to low and steam for 20minutes.
