Ingredients

2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 teaspoon Worchester Sauce

1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Pepper

4 tablespoons Olive Oil

6 cups Romaine Lettuce, cleaned and torn

1 cup Rustic Bread, cut into large cubes

1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

For the dressing: combine lemon juice, minced garlic, worchester sauce, mustard, salt and pepper. Whisk in olive oil.

For the croutons: heat 1 Tablespoon olive oil and 1 Tablespoon butter in heavy pan. Add the bread cubes and saute over medium heat, tossing regularly, until bread is toasted. Remove from heat.

Toss prepared lettuce with dressing. Add in grated parmesan cheese and croutons, tossing to combine.
