Ingredients

1 piece Veal Chops

3 Eggs

1 cup Matzoh Meal

2 tablespoons Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Black Pepper

2 tablespoons Canola Oil

Preparation

Pound chops

Dip in beaten egg

Add garlic powder,salt and pepper to matzoh meal

Dip and pat press a thick layer of coating onto the chop

Fry in Canola Oil until golden brown. Don’t turn more than once. The top will look slightly pink.Turn over
