Ingredients
2 cups of Red Snapper cut into small pieces
½ red Onion, chopped
¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
½ cup vine ripe Tomato, diced
½ cup Lime juice
1 cup Tecate Titanium
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Serrano Chile, finely chopped
2 Avocados, thinly sliced
16 Tostadas
Preparation
Mix together all the ingredients except the last 2. Top with avocados. Serve with Tostadas.
