Ingredients
3 cups grated cheddar
â cup dry white wine
â cup sour cream
3 tablespoons drained prepared horseradish
½ teaspoon hot paprika plus more for serving
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Preparation
Process cheddar, wine, sour cream, horseradish, and ½ tsp. paprika in a food processor until smooth; season with salt and pepper. Serve topped with more paprika.
