Ingredients
CRUMB CRUST: 11/2C graham cracker crumbs
6T butter melted
1/2C pecans (finely chopped)
1/4C granulated sugar
COOK CRUST for 10 mins at 350
3-8oz pkg cream cheese room temp
1C sugar
3 eggs
1/2C (1 Stick) melted butter cooled
TOPPING: 1C sour cream
2T sugar
Preparation
PREHEAT oven to 450 beat together cream cheese & sugar until fluffy & light. Add eggs 1 at a time and beating after each addition. Blend in butter. Turn mixture into spring form pan and bake at 450 for 15 mins. Top with topping mixture after cooling then refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving
