Ingredients

1 8-oz cream cheese

1 c sugar

1 sm lemon jello

1 1/2 c hot water

2 t vanilla

1 lg can milk

Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Cream cream cheese and sugar, add to lemon jello and water that has been chilled but not hardened mix carefully and we’ll. add vanilla. Whip milk and add lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream well. Pour over 9x13x2 graham cracker crust.
