Ingredients

1 package (20 oz) of Shredded Hash Browns

3 eggs

1 ts of flour

1 block of cheddar cheese

salt & pepper to taste

1 cup of oil for frying

Preparation

Cut the block of cheese into small bite size squares. Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl until properly combined. Put one square of cheese on the bowl and gather enough potatoes to cover it and make a tater tot. Repeat until all the cheese is used. Heat the oil and cook the tater tots until golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside on a plate with paper towels to absorb the oil.
