Ingredients
1/2 cup Butter softened
1 cup Swiss Cheese
3/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
Preparation
In bowl mix all ingredients until blended. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake in Convection Oven at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until deep goldenn brown. Cool on Rack. Sore in air tight container. Makes 3 dozen appetizers
