Ingredients

10 boneless chicken breasts

1 bag frozen broccoli/cauliflower/carrots

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise

2 tsp curry powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp pepper

3-4 cups grated cheese

Potatoes or Rice

Preparation

Pan fry chicken. Arrange vegetables in bottom of glass cake pan. Add chicken. Mix remaining ingredients (except cheese) in bowl and pour over chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
