10lb Yukon Gold potatos
500 g Philadelphia cream cheese
500 ml sour cream
garlic salt
sea salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation
Boil potatos and mash well. Add cream cheese to hot potatos, let sit to melt cream cheese and mash well. Add sour cream and mash well. Add garlic salt, sea salt, pepper to taste and mash well. Spoon into oven-safe casserole dishes. Sprinkle paprika and cover. Bake in 350’F oven for 1 - 1.5 hours. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 5 - 10 minutes to firm up before serving.
