Ingredients
2 pounds Ore-Ida Hash browns
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups Sour Cream
1.5 teaspoon Salt
.25 teaspoon Pepper
3 Green Onion, Chopped
2 cups Cheddar Cheese
.25 cups Butter, Melted
2 cups Corn Flakes, Crushed
Preparation
Mix soup, sour cream, salt, pepper, green onion, and cheese in a large mixing bowl.
Add potatoes once defrosted and stir to combine.
Place in greased 13 X 9 pan.
Top with butter and corn flakes mixed together.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
