Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon agave

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 tablespoon cup chia seeds

blueberries

Preparation

In a medium bowl, gently whisk the coconut milk, agave, vanilla and chia seeds; let stand 30 minutes. Stir to distribute the seeds if they have settled. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day add blueberries.
