Ingredients

8 Hot Dogs

8 Hot Dog Buns

1 cup Bread and Butter Pickles [sliced]

1 cup Cherry Tomatoes [sliced]

1/2 cup Onion [chopped]

1/4 + cups Sweet Relish

1 cup Lettuce [shredded]

1 Yellow Mustard {as desired]

1 cup Chili Peppers [pickled]

Preparation

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and cook hot dogs 2 minutes on each side

  2. Assemble hot dogs: Line bun with pickles slices, then add hot dog and top with tomatoes, onions, relish, peppers and lettuce. Drizzle with mustard and serve
