Ingredients
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 chicken breasts
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 lb bacon
1 cup pineapple juice
Preparation
cut chicken into 1 inch cubes. marinade chicken in pineapple juice for 2 hours in refrigerator. mix brown sugar and chili powder in bowl. cut bacon into 1/3s. wrap chicken cubes in bacon. secure with toothpick. toss cubes in brown suar mixture. bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
