Ingredients
1 lb. chicken tenders
1 29 oz. can crushed tomatoes
1 green pepper, sliced
1/2 c. dry white wine
2 T dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except cheese in a covered baking dish. Bake at 350 for 75 to 90 minutes or until chicken and peppers are tender.
Serve over pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
