Ingredients

4 Chicken Breasts

1 Packet Fajita Seasoning

1/4 Cup Water

1 Large Onion

1 Green Pepper

1 Red Pepper

1 Small Serrano Pepper

1 Lime

1/2 cup Shredded Cheese

8 Flour Tortillas

Sour Cream

Salsa

Preparation

Cook Chicken on both sides until white Remove from pan and cut into thin strips (Remove any fat) Return Chicken to Pan Add 1/4 cup and seasoning packet Cook on low-medium heat for about 5 minutes Slice Onion and Peppers Add to Fajita mixture Cook until Onion and Peppers are soft Serve on Flour tortillas with cheese, sour cream, and salsa.
