Ingredients
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 chicken breast, cooked shredded 8.5 oz
1 cup white onion, diced
2 garlic, minced
1/4 cup cilantro
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/3 cup chicke broth
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Preparation
Saute onions and garlic until soft, about 2 minutes
Add chicken, salt, cilantro, cumin, oregano, chili powder, tomato sauce and chicken broth. Cook 4-5 minutes and remove from heat.
place a little mixture into each tortilla, roll and cook.
