Ingredients
16 pieces Whole Chicken
2 slice medium onion
1/5 cup oil
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/5 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
4 cube tomato
5 or 6 green chili
3 tablespoons shan karahi masala
Preparation
First fry onion in oil until it’s color changes
Then add chicken and fry till turned white
Then add ginger garlic paste
Then ad red chili powder, salt and water and cook on high heat
Now grind tomato without water, cut green chili into half
Add tomato, green chili and shan karahi masala mix well on high heat for 5 minutes
Then turn the heat slow and let chicken cook for 15-20 minutes
Chicken karahi is ready
