Ingredients

4-6 pieces of chicken

3T flour seasoned with oregano, black pepper & season salt

1/2 can beef broth

1/2 bottle Marcella wine

1/2 stick butter

Preparation

after trimming the chicken, start to melt the butter in the pan. take the flour and put it on a plate mix in the seasoning (oregano, black pepper & season salt) after that is mixed together then take the trimmed chicken and roll it in the flour then take each piece and put it into the pan with the melted butter. Cook chicken for about 2 to 3 mins a side until golden brown. Either leave the chicken in the frying pans or transfer them to a baking pan then add the beef broth and Marcella wine to each pan cover and cook for 1 hour on top of the stove cook on simmer if in the oven then cook at 350 for 1 hour covered
