Ingredients

Cooked cubed chicken

Cooked Quinoa

Frozen stir fry veggies

2 mushrooms sliced

Pineapple chunks

1 tsp sriracha garlic sauce

Olive oil spray

Preparation

Spray a heated non stick skillet with olive oil spray

Add everything to the pan except the brown rice

Cook until veggies are tender

Add brown rice and cook for another minute or two
